It was glitz and glamor on the 23rd December 2021, when the Defense Attache Nigeria Embassy in South Africa was decorated with a new rank.
The ceremony was graced by high ranking military officers from Nigeria, Egypt, South Africa and representative of other Africa continent, In attendance were members of the press, diplomatic corps,professionals, business people.

While delivering his speech, his excellency Nigeria ambassador to South Africa; MOHAMMAD HARUNA MANTA emphasized the responsibilities that comes with his new rank by making reference to the famous saying To whom much is giving Much is expected

In his appreciation and acceptance speech NAVY COMMODORE AMINU CHIKAJI ISAH expressed his appreciation to the Nigeria government for recognizing his dedication to service with a promise to always give his best to the applause of all in attendance.
